Well the subject line says SoundDiver for Windows, so if youre talking 
about the Windows version youre wrong.
The Windows version NEVER needed a dongle, and you only need a dongle if 
youre going to run the beta version for Mac OS X. And at that you dont 
even need the cd to get that version, you can go download it from Apple.
If youre using Sound Diver under Mac OS 9 you still do NOT need a dongle.
