[SoundDiver] Program still available

Hi All,
  Is this program still available for purchase? Only the windows
version available? I actually have both XP and Mac OS X machines. What
is the cost?

I'm interested in something that will edit Ensoniq SQ80, ESQ-M -
though I've toyed with picking up a used TX81Z.
