[SoundDiver] Sounddiver teething problems

I've been lucky enough to pick up a copy of Sounddiver but i'm having a few early problems
with it...
Im using SD 3.0.5 and Logic 5.5.0 and 6.4.3 on OS9. I have an SQ80, Microwave, TX802 and
JD990 with a Unitor 8 mk2.
I've run the scan setup in SD and have all my patches from my synths stored.
Then I quit SD, start Logic, select autolink on, then start SD. But i've setup my synths as
multi-instruments in Logic. Now when i try to select the autolinked patch names from my
synths, i still get the generic GM bank showing. I've tried selecting a different bank next to
the program change button, but still the same GM patch list shows up.
The only way I can cure this, is to delete the mutli-ins i've setup, and then set my hardware
as standard instruments. Now their patches show up within Logic.
Does this sound correct? I thought autolink+patch names should work with multi-ins?
And the other minor problem i'm having is when i'm editing a patch in SD, with autolink on,
Logic keeps starting/playing all by itself. I take it there must be some setting somewhere to
uncheck and stop this?
