You are correct about the ensoniq gear--when I was running OS9--which is fine for SD-I had some protocol issues with those two units. One thing I think may not be clear to others on this thread is that I am using OS 10.5.6 (Leopard). When I was running Tiger on an IMAC, SD worked fine. I was thinking that maybe I should consider whether I can partition my harddrive and run Tiger with SD and Logic 7.
