[SoundDiver] Best choice for OSX 10.5.8 Intel Mac Logic 9?

Hi,
Im running a 2009 intel mac mini with OSX 10.5.8, Logic Express 9 and used to use Sounddiver (Logic 3 days). Very keen to get back into it if possible. I understand that this might be difficult.
Whats the most reliable useful method? Have researched this a bit and seen some people using a virtual windows OS with Sound Diver 3 for windows, others trying the OSX Beta. Whats known to have the least issues, and to be the most accessable for me with only my original logic express 9 DVD?
Is this going to be possible? Im willing to buy a working version of Sounddiver if I can find it and its going to work. What version of logic was the last one to offer Sounddiver that might work with OSX 10.5?
What is annoying about all this is that my Emagic Unitor 8 mkII that works fine with Logic 9 comes with a cut back version of Sounddiver that works fine and is offered by Apple! Obviously this is locked to only edit the settings of the Unitor 8 mkII. Shows that it should work...
Any help or suggestions would be great.
