[SoundDiver] How to purchase Sounddiver 3 for Windows?

Hello, everyone. 

I know this is probably the question that everyone is asking, but how can I legally purchase a copy of Sounddiver 3.0 for Windows?

I'm aware of the demise of eMagic and Logic's attempt to bury Sounddiver.  

If anyone has this for sale I would be interested.
