I just tried replying privately to the mail you sent to [email protected],  but it seems my reply to you was rejected. If you don't mind, I'll post the gist of what I wrote here:

I should first of all explain, Jeremy left the LUG almost three years ago,  I was working with him administering all the LUG related mailing lists for many years prior to that, and have just carried on since then. 

I do not believe that it would be permissible to host the SD Beta here. It is Apple's intellectual property, we could not offer it for distribution without the express written permission of the owner of the rights to the software. You could try writing to apple ....
