[SoundDiver] How to install an adaptation?

Hello.  I'm a bit new to SD, so please forgive the question.  I've not found an answer in the documentation.

I have an adaptation for the Yamaha TX816.  It is comprised of the following files:

.ADA
.LIB (2)
.HLP

How can this be installed so that it is recognized by SD?  Can all of the files simply be copied to the diver folder, or is the procedure more involved than that?  Must the files then be registered with the application?  Thanks.
