Hi,
Copyright issues and Admin's comments notwithstanding, there are file
sharing web sites that are useful re large files e.g. box.net
They offer a one-time upload and multiple access, and in the case of box.net
it has a free service option with some limitations (but probably no problem
for this particular application).
