[SoundDiver] Converting Adaptations to OS X

I just got Logic 7 and SD 3 going on OS x 10.4 on my Powerbook G4  
1GHZ, so far so good. I'm a hardware guy so am not too worried about  
running out of steam using plugins.

I have an OS 9 SD update (but no installer CD, so cannot run it) that  
has all the adaptations I need. It's darn annoying that I can't access  
them. Is there is a way to convert OS 9 adaptations to the OS X  
version? Export the programming to a text file? Screen shots of the  
adaptation programmer?

I need MKS-70, MKS-80, Waldorf Pulse, GX-700, LXP-5, Obie M1000.
