Hi,

Probably you have a free version, called "oem", which doesn't include the 
databank. This free version (I had the same problem) can't be used as you 
expect.

If it is a free version, you need to find a complete version ... (they're cheap 
on ebay, or try to search on the web)

I just join this group today !
Maybe someone may help me to "feed" a sounddiver v 3.0.1...
because its diver folder is nearly empty...  : (
