[SoundDiver] Inside witch EMAGIC CD: "Updates & Drivers" is "SoundDiver 3.0.5.2 Updater" ?

I recently install a Midi-Interface "EMAGIC AMT-8".
Using its "EMAGIC CD-install" called : 
"Updates & Drivers" _ VOLUME-9  _  July 2001
I was so happy to find  "SoundDiver 3.0.4 Updater" for MAC 
inside this CD... : ) 
so... 
Perhaps somebody here, 
may help me to answer to these questions :
a) How many VOLUME exist ?
b) In witch VOLUME I may find  "SoundDiver 3.0.5.2 Updater" for Mac ?
c) With witch Machine, I may find this VOLUME of this CD ?
d) Other "Emagic CD" having this Updater for Mac, inside ?
e) What is the fabrication date of "SoundDiver 3.0.5.2 Updater ?
