This is bad news!!!!

I think it's time to petition Apple to either release Sounddiver as an Apple application, or to make the code public so that users can keep it alive.

Perhaps they are not really aware of how many people still have hardware in their studios and who rely on Sounddiver to maintain and edit their settings. It's obviously still a tiny niche market in Apple terms, but an important sub-set of their music customers.
