[SoundDiver] Crumar bit01 adaption

Hello, 

it seems that the Sounddiver adaption for the crumar bit01 doesn't work, looking at the message history there seems to be a custom adaption for the Crumar bit01 but its not among the files, does anyone still have it or could give me some pointers to get this working?
