[SoundDiver] Does SD work w/ L9 running Os10.6?

Hi everyone- my 1st post.

Like most people here, I run older software.
Currently running Logic 7 on OS 10.5.8

I bought L9 a year ago, never installed it.

I'd like to upgrade to OS 10.6.x

I still occasionally use SD 
and I'm unwilling to lose years of patches 
on a couple of old hardware synths.

My question is:
Will SD work on 10.6.x ? 
Are there any problems w/ L9 and SD involving the Xkey?
(Guess I won't need that for L9 but what about SD?)

I've tried a little research, 
not finding any definitive answers.
