Yamaha YS-200 Midi transfer error

Hello, I'm trying to use my Win Sounddiver 3.0 with a Yamaha YS-200.  I have no problem receiving YS user banks in Sounddiver, but when I try to transmit a bank from Sounddiver to the YS, the YS shows the error "ERROR Check sum NG! -- Please try again".   It doesn't work despite repeated tries.  So, I'm unable to transmit a sound/bank from Sounddiver back to the YS.  

Anybody with a YS-200 or TQ-5 run into this issue?  Do I need to adjust Sounddiver MIDI buffer/settings or something?  Thanks for any help!
