Search development progress

Well, it took a little longer than expected, I'm still adjusting to work... 
I've got basic indexing and searching working, so far I've tested it on the files from the last update: index filesize was about database size / 10 + 16MB per category, as expected, and the search is a helluva lot faster than grep :) . I'd like to test it on the full database before I put it out, but the database is taking forever to untar :) probably cos I've got it on a fat32 partition (whoops). I'd also like to tidy my code up a little more. I'll write again soon.
