Yes, there are some problems with that. We introduced some changes and
started cleaning up the output and unfortunately broke some things in
the process. Meanwhile someone volunteered for a more thorough cleanup.
We'll be releasing beta5 as soon as that is done. Hopefully in the next
couple of days.

As a workaround you can just replace the contents of webroot and
adminroot with files from e.g. beta3.
