Sending Opus streams with metadata, muxed in at the source client, to
Icecast works perfectly fine as far as I can see.

We don't support out-of-band updates for Opus metadata at the moment,
though. With Ogg that was never fully supported anyway.
We might be reworking general metadata handling in the future, but
haven't decided on the details yet.
