Feature proposal : CORS Handling

Hello,

I would like to propose a new feature : CORS Handling :

(I give you the GH link as posting patch as attached file is rejected by
mailman).

- Configurable allowed/forbidden CORS exposition
- Correct handling or exposed headers
- OPTIONS method handling

That features make stream parsing and consumption directly from Javascript
(EG: a 100% HTML5/JS Icecast player with metadat handling).

I tried to keep the syntax and code indent and checked for leaks with
valgrind.
