Yours *is* the master, but this feature isn't what you want.

Icecast relaying is for when you want to use your Icecast server to relay 
one or more streams, not when you want to have your streams relayed by 
another server.

In other words, Icecast can pull streams but it cannot push them.

Sounds like you need to find the equivalent functionality on the Live 365 
side and have it tune in to your Icecast server as a listener.
