This is an email discusssion list which you, presumably, subscribed to 
voluntarily.

At the botton of every single message on this mailing list is the 
sentence:

To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected]


Do this and you should be unsubscribed.

As this email discussion list implements industry-standard unsubscribe 
mechanisms, complaints to any authorities are unlikely to achieve 
anything as the method to unsubscribe is clear and obvious.
