Message MP3 queue full, dropping chunk how to fix this?

Hello,
I am streaming to Broadcastify using the icecast server (a basic analog
feed for ham radio) on Linux. I receive the message:
MP3 queue full, dropping chunk
and the stream drops.
Anything I can do to stop getting this message?
My config file looks like this (is there anything that looks wrong in it?):
