Also our phone app gives no audio either and that also is just pulling directly from the icecast server. Other Verizon customers that have tested have had no issues whatsoever which only compounds the troubleshooting. Seems to be both Verizon cell data as well as Verizon FIOS. I'm still trying to get more info from our listeners but with such a small sampling it is proving difficult. And the only way I can recreate it is asking those affected to "try it again" and report back. _______________________________________________ > Icecast mailing list -- [email protected] > To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] > --000000000000517ba006563059a0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr"><div dir=3D"ltr"><div class=3D"gmail_default" style=3D"fon= t-family:tahoma,sans-serif">

<div class=3D"gmail_quote gmail= _quote_container"><div dir=3D"ltr" class=3D"gmail_attr">On Thu, Jul 9, 2026= at 4:12=E2=80=AFAM Philipp Schafft <<a href=3D"mailto:[email protected].= org">[email protected]> wrote:

<blockquote class=3D"gmai= l_quote" style=3D"margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,20= 4,204);padding-left:1ex">Good morning,

On Tue, 2026-07-07 at 11:21 -0500, Thom Jones wrote:
> Probably - it is our radio station stream.=C2=A0 The users can play ou= r
> archive files fine which are must mp3 files, but the stream fails.=C2= =A0
> Whether through our app or our website or even direct to the mount
> point (the app uses the stream URL).
> I know that Verizon teamed up with AWS for their edge caching at some<= br> > point but I have no idea if that would have anything to do with it.=C2= =A0
> I can't imagine it does, but who knows.

0) What is the URL of your stream (so we can all have a look)
1) Are you streaming via TLS?
2) What exactly is the problem for those users?
