I think you probably do.  If not, we can add whatever permissions are
required.

Drat!  I sent that message to the list, got back a message saying it was
waiting for moderation.  I've been so crazy busy lately that I didn't notice
whether it actually appeared.

There were also copies on LAU and LAD, were'nt there?  The disk on my
regular mail system just died, so I can't check my own archives.
