Or with Audacity, run each of the stereo outs through a separate 
instance of Jack Rack, with a mono EQ plugin of your choice in each 
instance. For mastering rather than creative purposes, you'd want to run 
the same plugin on both sides, otherwise you'll get different latencies, 
  and therefore a stereo delay effect. It does sound funky for DJ'ing 
though :-)
