Yep, that would work - put the two instances of JackRack in the 'EQ' 
part of the above signal chain, and then something like Time Machine at 
the end of the chain to capture the output, unless you're going to 
outboard recording.

I've never tried looping audio through Jack and back into Audacity using 
full duplex mode - that might also work. It could be tricky to set up 
because Audacity's JACK ports only appear once the play or record button 
is clicked (at least in the build with Portaudio v19 we did for 64 
Studio). You could add some silence to the beginning of the file to give 
you a few extra seconds, then trim the extra from the final file.

Activate the plugin on both left and right sides, but leave the faders 
at default (flat EQ curve) on the no-correction side. I've just tested 
that arrangement using Hydrogen as a live sound source, and it works ;-)
