Before committing anything we should wait until I can arrange a swh-plugins
release with Steve, or at least a working SVN revision, which includes the
new limiter.

I am however already working on a new-and-improved version of the plugin
which will include a few improvements like rate limiting, variable attack
time and probably operating modes (basic lookahead, an "intelligent sustain"
mode with either a brickwall or no brickwall).

Revealing all of these parmeters in jamin might not be a good idea though.
We might want to give a few new options for the user:

"Fast peaks": Fast attack time and a relatively steep release curve
"Normal" : Attack time equals that of the original limiter, and a
log, but near linear release slope
and /maybe/ a third option (if we can come up with a name and use for it):
Slow attack time and linear release.

The modes should also affect the rate limiting, but we'll get back to that
once I actually implement it ;)

Thanks for the comments and I hope to see a new-and-improved Jamin soon.
