No problem. But if you feel swamped with work, I think I might be able to
persuade mr. Davis to lend us some of his virtually unlimited ISP quota for
swh-plugins. What do you say?

"Subtle" is a good word, but with a serious problem: "Subtle" says something
about the "quality", nothing about the "method" on how to reach the wanted
end-result.

The user will ultimately try to make the mastering, and especially the
limiter, sound "subtle". A limiter with a linear release and a slow attack
time will sound absolutely horrible on material with fast & loud transient
peaks. On a mellow beachfront "ocean waves crashing on rocks" it will sound
just perfect.
