I remember you telling me about it but I don't remember why I didn't do
anything about it. ;)

What parameters were you using for the limiter when you came across this
distortion? Did you compare the output with the output of SWH's limiter
with the equivalent parameters? Also note my limiter has a faster
release curve when the curve is set to log.

The jamin patch I sent to jamin-devel sets the curve to quite
logarithmic so with those defaults the limiter will cause more
distortion at certain settings / conditions.
