CVS commit - 0.95.07

    *  Now saves bypass state for all bypass buttons except global
    *  GEQ slider increment is now .1dB with .2dB page step size
    *  GEQ slider value labels removed from the top of each slider
    *  GEQ frequency and amplitude labels under the sliders, these
       are updated whenever the cursor enters the event box of a
       slider or the slider is moved
    *  Put the scale back into the output meter, somehow this had
       gone missing


Question - does anyone really want to save the solo state?  I don't see
much reason for it.
