CVS commit - 0.96.01

    *  Added ability to set RMS time slice in preferences dialog
       min value is 10 milliseconds, max is 1000, default is 50

    *  Number of samples per time slice shown in preferences dialog
       updated as time slice is changed

    *  Time slice preference saved with other global settings
       to .jam files

    *  Changed default output file name to default.jam instead of *.jam
       so that users will sort of get the idea that there is a default
       settings file ;-)
