Patch for history undo/redo - WIP

Hi,

It remains still a lot of work to be done, but here is a first WIP patch
for the history undo/redo.

For the moment:

* Only "Compressor", "Boost" and "Out" sections work.

* Only "GtkHScale" and "GtkHScale" with numeric value are supported.
----------

Please, give it a try and tell me if you think I am on the right way. If
you think I am totally wrong, do not hesitate to tell it to me before I
work ahead.

In this patch:

----------
-> "jam-ui.glade" file has changed, so you must reedit it with Glade and
rebuild the project before building the application.

-> "callbacks.[h,c]" has changed.

-> "mk-stateh.pl" file has changed.
----------
