OK, could you try setting rm to 0.02? I should have tried this  
myself, but I'm in the office now.

If its not too hard, how about options to reset some other sliders  
where the neutral position is not at one end? Eg. the limiter input  
gain control, getting it back to 0.0 can be impossible without making  
the window bigger.
