So on 64-bit archs the ladspa libs should go in /usr/lib/ladspa?

Or maybe: what harm could be done if /usr/lib64/ladspa was added to the
end of the path?
On 32-bit the lib64 dir would not exist so no harm done.
On 64-bit the 32-bit locations would go first but the lib64 location
would be found later.
