Hi,

Sorry to come in so late to the conversation. There is a nasty bug in
jackd which causes it to wig out. I wouldn't be all too surprised if
this was caused by the same problem. There are developers working on the
issue but no progress has been made - mostly because this is not just a
bug but a design flaw of sorts.

In the meantime, I suggest running jackd at a much higher buffer size
(at least 512). That leaves jackd more time to process and should
circumvent the issue.
