It is. I only changed 3 lines. I didn't think to change the comments. 
Like I've been saying, I am not a coder... ;-)

Also: while I changed the possible *range* of the frequency spectrum 
updates, I didn't change the *default* value, and I'm not 100% sure that 
25 FPS is a good maximum for everybody. It certainly makes me happy, though.
