Cross complilation

The MAD code drop does not appear to be set up for cross compilation.  I 
have tried to modify the makefile and libtool script to used tools with 
CROSS_COMPILE prepended.  The code, madlib and minimad compile but when I 
try to run minimad I get the output below and I have no idea what it 
means.  I have been able to compile and run madpaly for my development 
platform, an X86 linux PC.

Any help greatly appreciated.  If you can CC me in any reply I would 
appreciate that also.
