problem when enable profiling

Hi all:
I use the gprof to to analyze the functions in libmad. 
I test libmad with madplay.
I use the command './configure --enable-profiling' to create makefile under libmad and madplay.
Then make and make install.
the use madplay to play a mp3 file.
It doesn't work with the log that 'audio: /dev/dsp: Device or resource busy'.
 
When I create makefile with command './configure'.
Then make and make install.
The madplay work well.
 
Can you help me with this?
