Bug#287519: libmad assertion failure, repost

I wanted to bring your attention to a libmad assertion failure
experienced through mpg321.  The bug report is at:

Glenn Maynard previously posted the problem to this list, but got no
response, so I wanted to send another ping since the problem still
exists.
