DSP or FPGA MPEG1 Layer 2 IP

Hi all,
 
Has any one ported mad to a DSP or FPGA? 
I need a MPEG 1 Layer 2 IP core I can add to a new design. 
 
Can you send me the source code and tell me what chip its designed for?
