sample code to obtain mp3 data

hi all

I am a masters student doing project on audio classification. I need the mp3 
data as uncompressed floating point values. Since i need to concentrate on 
classification part of projcet it is very neccessary for me to obtain a code 
that outputs the mp3 data. If anyone can help me with the code that includes 
Madlib library and outputs the mp3 data.
