Objet : [mad-user] Compiling madplay on arm-linux

=20

Hi...
I have problem compiling madplay for arm-linux....
I used the arm-linux-gcc 3.2.3, compiled the libmad and libid3tag
successfully, but when i compile madplay, i received the following =
message:

----- compile message starts here -----
checking for id3_tag_parse in -lid3tag... no
configure: error: libid3tag was not found
*** You must first install libid3tag before you can build this package.
*** If libid3tag is already installed, you may need to use the LDFLAGS
*** environment variable to specify its installed location, e.g. =
-L<dir>.
----- compile message ends -----

i got the libid3tag.so.0 at the right folder but it still can't find the
file....

If someone knows how to solve the problem, please give me some advise.
Thanks.

Regards,
Shinta
