Will this change be made in the code repository? We're using lame in an
LGPL project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/drdivx/) and our legal
dept. wants confirmation that we aren't using any GPL code. We could fix
lame.h included in our source code package, but it would be good if the
official source of the file also explicitly stated that it is LGPL.
