Proposal: a new mode to encode either left or right channel

Hello all,

Hereby  I'd like to propose to add two parameters to
Lame's -m option to allow it  to  take  mono  signal
from  either  left  (with -m l) or right (with -m r)
channel. This will  save  time  when  one  needs  to
encode only one channel.
