Hello,

If I try to create a mp3 file with a TXXX frame in the tag, with the lame command line interface :

$ lame WindowsStartup.wav WindowsStartup.mp3 --tv "TXXX=CDDB_ID=bc12bd0d"

the created tag in invalid. If I run eyeD3 (an ID3 printing tool) over the mp3, it crashes with :
$ eyeD3 --debug WindowsStartup.mp3

Uncaught exception: need more than 1 value to unpack
[...]

The reason of this failure can be seen with id3v2 :
$  id3v2 -l WindowsStartup.mp3
[...]
TXXX (User defined text information): (DISCID=bc12bd0d): 
[...]

Notice the position of the colon at the end of the TXXX frame : the TXXX description is "DISCID=8a097e0c" and the TXXX value is nil, which is not allowed. Instead, the TXXX description should be DISCID and the TXXX value should be 8a097e0c.

More precisely, according to the TXXX specs (http://www.id3.org/id3v2.3.0#head-29e37534e169ad913deb6a4fee345028f3db7c3f), the frame's description should be terminated, and then followed by the frame's value.
However Lame command line doesn't seem to allow specifying such content.

Tested with LAME 64bits version 3.98.4 on Debian Squeeze.

Well, in 3.99 the man page isn't up to date and doesn't contain an
explanation for the tv option. Though the html doc does.

Please don't forget to add the option to the man page. In version 3.98, the
--tv option was not in the man...
