Summary: lame crashes at .w64 input file

Initial Comment:
LAME is able to open .w64 files when it is compiled with libsndfile support. However lame 3.99 crashes.

The bug is in isCommonSuffix(): there's no ".W64" extension in suffixes[] array, and the line

for (i = 0; i < sizeof(suffixes); ++i)

should be

for (i = 0; i < sizeof(suffixes)/sizeof(suffixes[0]); ++i)

Message:
Right, that should have been dimension_of instead of sizeof.
