are you even interested in a solution?

What you see isn't an advert popping up, it indicates an incorrectly 
configured system. I guess you installed some codec package
lately, which contained LAME ACM. Those who made the package
misconfigured your system. When you tell us where you got yours
from, maybe we can contact the originator and tell him to fix it.
