Detecting LAME encoded MP3s; metadata?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there's a prog for sifting through a directory of MP3s and detecting those encoded by LAME, and pulling the version of LAME used and potentially other encoding meta data (eg, switches used).

I'm also wondering if there's a Windows port if such an application exists.
