Converting Lame to Flash using Alchemy 2

Is the right place to ask whether anyone is working on, or is interested in
porting an MP3 encoder based on Lame to Flash AS3 using the brand new
Alchemy 2 product by Adobe? (the same as the Shine project but using the
faster, more efficient Alchemy 2).
